All receptacles installed for the connection of EV charging shall be GFCI-protected CEC 625.54
Disconnect required for EV > 60 amps CEC 625.43 must also comply with CEC 110.25 The means to lock must be an integral part of the enclosure. A portable locking device is NOT acceptable.
New construction ADU does not require an EV charger
