• A valid permit and plans must be on-site R106.3.1
• House wrap: (2/6 laps) 2 layers grade D
• Stucco weep screed: 26ga – 3.5”
• Clearances: Ok to replace like for like per the BO
  • 4” to earth
  • 2” concrete 
• Stucco corners: must be re-enforced 
• Staples into PT lumber must be stainless steel
• Stucco lath: 6” OC – 16″ OC studs
• Wire lap 1 diamond mesh or 1″
• Penetrations thru plywood sealed
• Rib metal lath (usually on porch ceilings) secured at every large metal rib of lath with overlap at corners
• Scratch coat: Horizontal per CBC 1404.10.1.4.2 and MI and ASTM C926
• Single coat system over foam panels: T&G panels installed horizontally, where the tongue is on top. Gaps > 1/4″ sealed
